B2B platform and cloud engineering inside enterprises and government — currently with the municipality of Utrecht.
Building and operating the Azure landing-zone platform for a datacentre-to-Azure migration — Terraform landing zones, subscription vending and per-workload pipelines. Plus FinOps for the estate (tagging, showback, right-sizing and budget guardrails) and SRE: reliability targets, observability and incident response.
Ran and evolved the platform behind international transaction processing — on ING's own private cloud and in-house tooling, not a public hyperscaler. Deployment templates and guardrails for product teams, plus the observability and incident response that keep mission-critical services reliable.
A short but hands-on Azure DevOps engagement between the Macaw consultancy years and the ING platform work — building and hardening CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and release tooling for the delivery teams at this Amsterdam legal-expenses insurer.
Full-time consultant across cloud transitions for a range of customers — network security, identity, solution architecture and infrastructure-as-code. Greenfield Azure landing zones and migrations, setting the platform patterns that product teams then built on.

Carddex — the trading-card platform, as a whole — and Kardz.eu, the operation behind it. Built and run end to end, the same standard as any client's.

Trading-card market data and e-commerce.The whole platform, founded and run end to end since September 2023: a real-time market-data pipeline ingesting live pricing across the major marketplaces, a public web app and native iOS and Android apps on top of it, all on a multi-cloud fleet across 15+ regions. Everything as code, keyless, monitored, delivered AI-augmented. It's where every practice gets proven before it reaches a client.

The TCG operation Carddex productises.The trading-card e-commerce and investment business — sealed product and graded cards — that Carddex turns into software. Running the shop end to end is what surfaces the problems worth building for: pricing, inventory, market timing. Carddex exists because this needed better tools.
