Carddex — a trading-card market-data and e-commerce platform — I founded in 2023 and still run: public web app, iOS and Android apps, and a market-data fleet spanning several clouds across 15+ regions. Everything I'd bring to a client is battle-tested here first.
Enterprise track record
Two and a half years at ING on the platform behind international transaction processing — migrations, deployment guardrails, observability for mission-critical services. Now Azure landing zones, FinOps and SRE for Gemeente Utrecht's datacentre-to-cloud migration. The stakes are familiar.
Everything as code
30+ repos with all infrastructure, monitoring and CI/CD managed in Terraform. Keyless multi-cloud security — Azure Managed Identity federated to GCP, secrets in Key Vault, nothing long-lived. Automated coverage gates on the way in.

FinOps is a habit, not a project. Successive optimisation rounds have cut roughly 20% off the cloud bill on my own platform — built cheap to run from the first commit. The same discipline travels to yours.
